I have been running for sport and health for about the last 10 years. I have 3 marathons under my shoes but really enjoy running 1/2 marathons. For fun, I usually do the 5k fundraiser runs. The Good Lord has given me the ability to run and this is one way that I can use that ability to give back while having fun.
